FAQ

My art prints are printed on archival paper and pigment inks from Hahnemühle. Hahnemühle paper lasts for hundreds of years,
Museum Etching paper(350gsm). These archival fine art prints have substantial thickness and weight paired with gorgeous texture for a tactile feel that brings the photograph to life.
It’s also produced only in a landscape conservation zone with pure spring water, so it’s 100% free of cotton, acid, lignin, chemicals, and preservatives.
-
The turnaround time to receive your fine art print is typically 3 - 5 business days.
-
The printing lab and paper manufacturer I partner with are committed to supporting sustainability projects and use climate-neutral shipping and environmentally friendly packaging.
Hahnemühle’s archival paper is produced with 100% renewable energy and exclusively from innovative, raw materials — no tropical rainforests were destroyed in the making of your art print! No animal glues or other animal substrates are used in their papers or manufacture, so it’s also completely eco-friendly and vegan.
In addition to producing archival quality prints, Musea Lab cares deeply about their social impact. A portion of each sale is donated to water.org to create a thoughtful sales practice, meaning a portion of your print purchase goes towards helping 780 million people who lack access to clean drinking water!
-
Unfortunately, I don’t accept any refunds as my fine art prints are made to order and the travel guides and photography presets are digital products.
